Examinations and PA's (Periodic Assessment)/FA's (Formative Assessment) are held as indicated in the school calendar. Promotions are granted based on the whole year's performance. Regular work and attendance are essential.
A student who misses an examination for any reason will not be re-examined.
Students who have not paid their dues will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
A minimum attendance of 85% is required for promotion.
Students caught copying or using unfair means will not be allowed to take subsequent examinations without written permission from the Principal. Such students may be detained.
To be promoted, students must secure a minimum of 40%. The Principal's decision is final in promotion or detention cases.
All provisions for concessions of students who fail in any class are automatically canceled at the end of the year.
Progress reports will be shared with parents after every PA's/FA's & SA's. Parents should monitor their child's performance and assist them in improving in weak subjects.
Students must pass all PA's/FA's and SA's with at least 40% marks in individual and annual exams. Continuous assessments will be carried out, and counseling will be arranged for improvement.
Students who fail twice in the same class will be asked to leave the school.
