Process of Taking Admission

Admission Process

  • The school offers admission in classes Nursery, VI, IX, and XI based on seat availability and marks obtained in the Aptitude Assessment Test (AAT). The results are displayed on the school notice board.
  • Admission implies complete acceptance of all school rules by parents/guardians.
  • Admissions for other classes will follow CBSE guidelines.
  • The school reserves the right to admission, and its decision is final and binding.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Date of Birth Certificate: Issued by the authorized office.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.): Original & countersigned by D.E.O.
  • Character Certificate (C.C.): Original & countersigned by D.E.O.
  • Mark Sheet/Report Card: Previous class marksheet indicating promotion to the next class.
  • Passport-Size Photographs:
    • 4 photos of the student
    • 1 photo each of the father, mother, and a designated family member/relative
  • Migration Certificate: Original (for students from boards other than CBSE).
  • Aadhar Card & PAN Card: Photocopies of the student's Aadhar card and parents' PAN card.
  • Email ID & Contact Numbers: At least one email ID and two contact numbers of parents/guardians.
Note: Until all required documents are submitted, the admission remains provisional.

Guidelines for Parents

  • Parents may nominate a local guardian by submitting a separate form.
  • Visiting the school frequently to meet the child is discouraged as it may unsettle them.
  • Parents can meet children on their birthday after the lunch session or with prior written approval from the principal.
  • Administrative staff can be met on all working days between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Student Leave/Absence

Leave is granted only on medical grounds or extreme situations. Medical leave requires certification from a medical officer. A maximum of three days’ leave is allowed for the real brother/sister's wedding in a session.

Academic Year

  • The academic year runs from April to March as per CBSE norms.
  • Annual exams for classes Nursery to IX and XI are held in February.
  • Public exams for classes X and XII are conducted as per CBSE schedules.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to exhibit courteous behavior at all times, which reflects the school’s emphasis on the highest standards of discipline and etiquette. Inside classrooms, a positive learning environment must be maintained.
